We would like to kindly inform you that the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company has approved the allocation of 31% of the Company’s profit generated in 2024. for the payment of dividends to all owners of the Company’s shares.
The dividend in the gross amount of PLN 0.35 per share will be paid by July 30, 2025.
Dividend payment method:
→ For persons who hold dematerialised shares – the transfer will be made through the Brokerage Office of Bank PKO BP S.A.
