Rules of cooperation
The satisfaction of the customers is our top priority and the basis of everything we do.

That is why our main goal is to ensure the highest quality of our products. We use only proven materials from well-known manufacturers, innovative production technologies, and all this is based on the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard. – Quality certificate: Certificate PL/18.00111/QMS_ISO 9001:2015
The quality policy at WUZETEM is implemented on the basis of goals, the implementation of which guarantees customers the delivery of the highest quality product.
The development of quality is possible thanks to the precision of production and interdepartmental cooperation. WUZETEM – Highest precision is our motto, with which we identify and which is the basis of our actions. All this makes WUZETEM products reliable and meet the most stringent requirements.
We guarantee that our products do not have defects in materials or workmanship that would cause malfunction under normal operating conditions and under standard service.
Therefore, we undertake to replace our products with defect-free ones or repair them at our factory, within one year from the time they are installed in the engine and no later than 18 months from the date of sale from the factory.
This does not apply to damage resulting from improper handling and operation, in particular:
nozzles
- damages of conical valve face caused by contaminations introduced during installation or derived from fuel
- needle seizure caused by deformation of nozzle opening deformation as a result of exceeding the value of nozzle nut torque value, and contamination
- no replacement of thermal gaskets in the engine head (for pintle nozzles),
- improper repair, against the rules.
Stamping elements
- damage to the edges at the piston face (breakage) caused by improper handling,
- wear of the piston and cylinder surfaces opposite the fuel ports, caused by contaminants from the fuel,
- piston seizure resulting from exceeding the permissible torque of the spigot or impurities from the fuel,
- improper repair, against the rules.
Injectors
- damages during installation of parts, with threading in particular
- replaced parts and assemblies, deregulation, improper repair, against the rules
- damages, listed in section on nozzles, caused by contamination.
Injection and supply pumps
- damages of external parts
- deregulation, improper repairs, against the rules
- damages caused by contamination derived from fuel (operation with ineffective filter)
A manufacturing or material defect in the purchased goods gives you the right to file a complaint. In order to process it as quickly as possible, we have prepared a form that should be filled in and sent to the following address: reklamacje@wuzetem.pl.
