Place of work: Jawczyce, Ożarów Maz. municipality – we will provide free transport from Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • HR and payroll services for employees;
  • Employee documentation management;
  • Recording and settlement of working time;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Preparation of settlement declarations for ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of regulations in the field of labor law, social security and taxes;
  • Very good organization of work, meticulousness, accuracy and independence;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;

Purpose and basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
1. Labour law provision, i.e. Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code;
2. Your consent to data other than those contained in Art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code, indicated in the application documents, including special category data referred to in Art. Article 9(1) Article 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation, if required in the recruitment process;
3. Your consent to the use of data for the purpose of future recruitment – Art. Article 6(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation;
4. Exercising the right or fulfilling the obligation resulting from the law for data other than those contained in Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code;
5. Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the current recruitment process, including the purpose of receiving e-mail/telephone information, as well as if you agree to be contacted and participate in future recruitment processes.
Revocation of consent

Duration of data storage
Your personal data collected during the recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process. If you consent to the use of your data for the purpose of participation in future recruitments, your data will be processed for a period of 12 months. Data Sharing

Rights of data subjects
1. You have the right to access your data at any time, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer data and to object to further processing;
2. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
3. Providing data is a statutory obligation in accordance with Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code, providing data is necessary to carry out the recruitment process, as well as to receive electronic and/or telephone information related to the recruitment process.
In the absence of data in accordance with Article 221§ 1 of the Labour Code, it will not be possible to carry out the recruitment process, as well as to provide electronic and/or telephone information regarding the recruitment process;
4. Providing data other than those contained in Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code, including special category data referred to in Art. Article 9(1) Article 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation is voluntary. If you do not provide this data, it will be possible to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of your data in accordance with Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code;
5. Consent to future recruitment is voluntary, but if you do not give your consent, we will not process m.in. to invite you to participate in future recruitments.
