Company WUZETEM has extended the lease agreement for 11,150 sqm. of production and office and social space in MEP Industrial Centre Warsaw.
MEP Industrial Centre Warsaw is an A-class logistics centre, which is located approx. 13 km from Warsaw. The location of the park in Jawczyce, near m.in. the “Konotopa” junction connecting the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway, allows for efficient transport of goods by land. The facility is also well connected with the Chopin Airport. In turn, the proximity to the capital provides tenants with access to employees with the desired skills and experience.
