The General Meeting of Shareholders of Warsaw Mechanical Works “PZL-WZM” in Warsaw S.A
. has the powers provided for in the Code of Commercial Companies for general meetings of joint-stock companies, m.in. approves the financial statements, decides on the distribution of profit or coverage of loss, decides on granting discharge to the remaining members of the Company’s governing bodies.
The General Meeting is convened and prepared in accordance with the procedure and rules set out in the Commercial Companies Code and the Company’s Articles of Association. WUZETEM informs about the dates of convening the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the provisions of law, i.e. through a current communication.

As a result, the Act of 30.08.2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) we would like to inform you that from 01.03.2021 An obligation to dematerialise all shares of joint-stock companies and limited joint-stock partnerships has been introduced. This means that the shares will not be in the form of a physical document and all of them will take the form of an electronic record, and the share documents issued so far will lose their legal force. Shares (in electronic form) will be subject to registration in the register of shareholders, and such a register may be kept only by entities authorized to do so, pursuant to the Act of 29.07.2005. Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. m.in. brokerage houses.
